Change Is Coming (and so is a downtime)

Disabling Team Sharing in Toby 0.6.4

There are a few last steps needed before we are ready to launch. The first of which is this update. In Toby 0.6.4, you will notice that “Team Sharing” is disabled. But fear not! This is only temporary and will allow us to migrate from our current data model to the new one. In the next version of Toby, to be released on July 3rd, we will introduce a new way to collaborate with your team: “Toby Spaces”. You will learn more about this later this week in our upcoming blog post.

Scheduled Downtime July 3rd from 8 am PDT to 12 am PDT

We will also need to temporarily stop our servers in order to implement the final changes on our infrastructure. This scheduled downtime will happen on July 3rd at 8 am PDT until 12 am PDT. During this time, Toby will be in “read-only” mode. You won’t be able to create new collections or save new tabs but you will have access to all your existing content. If you have an account, please make sure you are logged in ahead of time as you won’t be able to during the downtime.
